Under the general management of a female General Manager, all of OtoheKal's shares belong to Iraqis and 30% of its management is women. OtoheKal is widely participating in reconstruction activities in all Iraqi provinces and governorates.
At the beginning of year 2007, the number of personnel at OtoheKal added up to 362 persons. In the past three years, OtoheKal has had an increasingly growing pace in employing Iraqi personnel for various positions in its divisions. One of our most important goals is to provide job opportunities for Iraqi citizens, in order to give them the chance to play their role in rebuilding our nation and help our people.
To fill the technical gap with the leading technology in the world and to keep the leading role to reconstruct Iraq, OtoheKal has gathered some experienced Iraqi engineers, designers, and technicians educated in Europe, U.S., and famous Iraqi universities, and has built a high level management and production staff.
Some of our most eminent engineers are in charge of Q.A. to insure the implementation of Certified Standards in all the projects. OtoheKal has expanded its lines of production to 6 independent and self sufficient lines that are capable of tackling different jobs concurrently and with the same time schedule, and this was accomplished by modernizing the machinery and equipments and continuously updating the technical knowledge of the personnel at all levels.
