OtoheKal owns six factories for the production of various types of caravans and containers.

These factories are capable of custom designing any type of caravan, trailer and collapsible caravan according to the customer's order. Some of the various types of caravans produced in

OtoheKal caravans are as below:

• Living and office caravans
• Ablution and latrine caravans
• Walk-in reefer and freezer trailers
• Individual shower and latrine units
• Collapsible caravans

Living Units

The living unit caravans are built with the below general specifications:

• All walls are sandwich panels, 50 mm thick, corrugated metal sheet outer layers and MDF wood inner layer for enhanced looks.
• The trailer floors are covered with carpeting or vinyl flooring.
• Lighting is provided with double fluorescent lights for all trailer rooms, and single fluorescent lights for the latrine trailer.
• 2 tons air conditioning units, with heating and cooling, are supplied for each room according to the room size and dimensions to provide adequate cooling and heating.

OtoheKal can supply water and septic tanks as required by the client.

One fire extinguisher is supplied in each trailer. Each bedroom has a battery-powered smoke detector installed.

These include single, double and triple bedroom caravans with ablution units. The caravans can be custom furnished according to the number of occupants, and the customer's preferences.

Ablution units

Shower and toilets can be combined in one caravan if needed, for easier access and added comfort of the personnel. The general specs for the ablution units are as follows:

• All walls are made of sandwich panels, 50mm thick, corrugated metal sheet outer layers and inner layer.
• The floor is 18mm water proof plywood, mounted on reinforced metal chassis, covered with a 2mm thick vinyl flooring to provide full water proofing of the plywood layer underneath.
• The vinyl floor cover is raised by 6.5 cm on the walls so that the plywood is absolutely in no contact with any water or humidity.
• Lighting is provided with 2 parallel rows of single fluorescent lights mounted on the ceiling.
• 2 ton air conditioning units, with heating and cooling, are supplied at each end of the caravan to provide adequate cooling and heating.
• 2.5mm 2 wiring is used for the lighting electric cabling and 4 mm 2 for the AC units. All external electrical outlets are water proof.
• The main door is aluminum and Formica wood, reinforced with corrugated sheets of metal.
• The sinks and toilet bowls are ceramic, well known brands.
• Water is supplied by galvanized or CPVC pipes. Each unit is supplied with a flash (water jet). All pipe connections are water tight to ensure absolutely no water leakage.

The sewage piping is done using 4” PVC pipes. All of the pips are connected to 4” PVC at the end of the route.
These units include 6 toilet stalls, 6 shower stalls, 10 lavatory sinks, an electrical washing machine, dryer, water heater and AC/H unit.

Walk-in Reefers

The walk in reefers can be made in different sizes. They can be used as freezers or refrigeration.

1.Frame
Unit-body Steel Frame: The frame of chassis is made of I beam steel 16 cm which is joined together from 2 points and then is covered with profile 2"x2" steel tube to be covered with wood.

2.Flooring
The flooring is made of 18mm water resistance plywood, and finally topped with a covering of 2.5mm Aluminum checker plate.

3.Walls
The walls are made of sandwich panels. Then there is a 10 cm layer of insulation. The exterior walls are covered with 0.5 mm- thick sheet plate. And the internal walls are covered with 1 mm aluminum sheet plate.

4.Ceiling
Special ceiling sandwich panels with 10cm insulation.

5.Dimensions

6.Door
The door is standard Euro made and it is specially designed for the walk in refrigerators. It has the capability of opening both from inside and outside, which provides the necessary safety factor.

7.Electrical
The wiring system is cable-tray type to insure the safety of the unit.
2.5 mm2 cables are used for lighting, and 4mm2 cables for appliances. The receptacles are Euro made and of high quality
For each receptacle, there is a separate 32 Amp circuit breaker and a 16 Amp circuit breaker for lighting.
The type of sockets and switches are L.G
The caravan has water resistance fluorescent fixtures to prevent any electrical hazard.

8.Cooling Unit
Manufactured by French Danfus or equivalent.
The capacity is 10 tons
Useable both for normal and deep freezing.
It has two outer and inner layers which makes it capable of -20 degrees centigrade.
It has two fans, a condenser unit and an oil separator

Standard size of 7.2m x 2.4m equipped with heavy duty industrial chiller units, able to withstand the extreme environmental conditions in Iraq is vailable.
